Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders, as displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Bunzi is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@bunzishop.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
